Another Friday is here again my friends! We have gotten a bit of snow this week and I'm looking forward to curling up with a good book and trying out a few new recipes. Our family will also continue to watch some of the exciting Winter Olympics too. What plans do you have this weekend?

Book Review ~ Sunday Suppers

Sundays are a nice relaxing day to gather with friends or family. As you sit, talk, and enjoy time together; it's a wonderful setting to have delicious food too. Sometimes it's hard to think up what food to fix for a large or small group, but this cookbook has the solution for you with ideas for each Sunday throughout the year. 

For almost 9 years we lived in South Carolina and I fell in love with the food that people fixed in their homes and the local restaurants. The flavors were amazing and meals took hours to eat while we talked and had our friendships and family relations grow stronger. Every few months my husbands family would gather for supper on Sunday and it was a good time for me to get to know my in-laws. The menus in this book are full of Southern inspired recipes guaranteed to tantalize your taste buds.
