A Little About Ali
I have had a love of art, photography, and travel for many years. I grew up in Western Washington where my love of nature was encouraged by yearly trips to Mt Rainier and the beaches along the coast. In high school I took an art class that opened my eyes to different ways of expressing creativity, and my love for creating items has grown over the years. I love the whole artistic process; the thinking and planning things out, creating something new and beautiful out of supplies, and displaying my projects.A Little About Home Crafts by Ali
I started Home Crafts by Ali as a Facebook page years ago so I could share my crochet and sewing projects. In late 2014 I decided to start this blog so I could have an artistic outlet and thought it would be a great way to share how to create these items in your own home. On Home Crafts by Ali I most often share my craft tutorials, thrifty makeover projects, and tasty recipes. You will also find some of the artsy products I like, reviews of creative books, examples of my photography, and a little about my travels.Here on this blog, I hope to help you on your creative journey as well.
